Purchased a new set of Don Orrell stirrups for a new barrel saddle that came with aluminum ones. I usually swap from metal to Nettles. However a friend purchased Orrells and said I should give them a go. I ordered them off the website and chose to have them engraved. I received an email asking if the engraving was what I wanted for my initials. There was a mock up with the layout I originally chose, and the way the engraving would look far more appealing! I went with the recommended layout and glad I did! They could have simply engraved my initials the way I had requested, boxed them up and then went in to the next! The fact that the time was taken to ask my opinion with a picture to look at differences was not only unexpected, but says a lot about their customer satisfaction! Class act!

The quality is amazing. The comfort is fantastic. There is a true craftsmanship feel about them, and the customer service is top notch. They look super handsome too!
