Having the correct size stirrups can greatly improve comfort and stability in the saddle. We offer numerous options petite, oversized, and an even larger overshoe sizing options for people with a larger/smaller boot size. If you are looking for youth or kids stirrups the petite size is our equivalent.
Tread width is a personal riding preference. Do you prefer your foot rest on more surface or do you prefer a smaller surface for your arch to sit across.
For a general idea of what to select we recommend measuring the widest part of your boot and add 1/2" to 1" more and select the appropriate size width. (Example: boot measures 4.75" at widest part so I add 1/2" = 5.25" so I choose standard.) Petite is recommended if you wear a women's size 8 or smaller boot. Standard is a great middle of the road common size suitable for most. Oversize is recommended around men's size 12+ boot or looser preference. Overshoe is an extra wide option for extra large boots or a looser preference.
This is the part that connects to your saddle. You will want to measure your saddle leathers and select your size accordingly.
