We offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping in the United States on all stirrups and any order over $100. If you prefer a different carrier select your option at checkout.
We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return your stirrups, please do so within 30 days of delivery. We request they be returned in like-new condition for full refund or exchange.
*Please note that custom engraved stirrups and other personalized items are not eligible for return.
We make sure to use only the best quality materials for our stirrups. This includes a variety of woods as well as stainless steel hardware. All stirrups are inspected for quality before shipment, however, in the case we make a craftsmanship error please notify us within the first 90 days of delivery so we can replace your stirrups.

I am an instant fan of your white oak stirrups Iordered.they are light weight...hang perfectly and they stay put til I ask differently....I had a pair of Nettles before....but the Don Orrel is a much better product and I qozld not trade them for love or money! Very pleased with your stirrups....I highly reccomend them....and the wait was worth it!
My Red Cedar Oxbows are so beautiful that I hated to put them to work! Are they a work of art, or a functional stirrup? Well ... they're both! I ride an ex-race horse on the ranch, and he has a big motor. We cover some rough ground and get after it pretty good at times, and my 1.5 inch oxbows keep my feet right where I want them! They're not just beautiful, they're functional and comfortable!

I custom ordered this Jeff Smith and I always pictured black stirrups to match the buck stitch. Took a gamble on unvarnished black stain and they’re absolutely perfect. The brown leather matched fabulous too.

My 2nd pair of stirrups from you and 1st pair of the angled stirrups they were so incredibly comfortable im now thinking to order a 3rd pair to replace my 1st custom pair from you so i can have 2 pair of angled stirrups. Not once did my knees hurt on my ride and i wasnt constantly shifting my feet for better grip and angle. 🤎🤎🤎

We will not ride in anything else. We both have knee issues, the angled offset stirrups allow us to ride for hours without pain. We love them! Customer service is amazing, as well.
